It is a ministry that is not just a "Women's Ministry", but rather a "ministry for women" of all ages and in all seasons of life. We value the assets younger women bring to ministry and also rest upon the principles found in Titus 2:3-5 which include modeling, mentoring provided by older women. Our ministry for women at BCA provides Christ-centered spiritual growth and encouragement for women in our shared journey of faith at every season in our lives, in order to deepen our relationship with God and others.
Our hope is for every woman to be a part of our ministry and find a place of love and acceptance that will result in deeper friendships. We seek to build relationships, encourage, and support one another– to talk, laugh, cry, process, and journey through life together. We do this through bible studies, ladies events, outreach opportunities, and ladies retreats. Our ladies ministry exists to experience and express the transforming presence and power of God's love to all ladies in all life seasons. We want to meet them and help to take them where God wants them to be as wholly devoted servants. We are committed to spiritual growth through prayer, fellowship, study of the word, mentoring and discipleship, service, and outreach; worshipping God by the way we live our lives.
